Does the log-hive have bees?
Not yet, nor any sign of them in the woods yet. The forecast is for 3 degrees tomorrow morning so it may be a while yet.

Don't worry about population size b/c we're going to be culled by climate change—down to somewhere between 2 and 3 billion at a guess before the end of this century.

It would seems so - perhaps even less. I'd rather it would not get to that but, like you, I've imagined that this has a high chance of happening. Sad that the rich and those in control will be the ones to survive ( as in human history).

Forget where I saw it now but recently saw/listened to an interview ( was it BBC world service?) of a consultant who was hired but the 1% to help them survive and fight off the 99% in what is called to them as 'the event' . :(

What governments are not telling us.

https://youtu.be/b2VkC4SnwY0

Finally finished the full talks a little while ago.

If only we had a few thousand of leaders to fill the governments and opposition parties around the world ...

Sad for all the young people it will be a horrible life for them.  :(

Meanwhile in India:

Nepal had a very weird year. Super high snowfall and cool until early March then a very quick switch to super hot.

It's getting a lot clearer for some Okis too and in a few other states that the Arkansas River floods thru.  Mind you, many of them will put it down to the Lord's handiwork and not to MMGW.

My distant relatives ;D

A lot has suddenly gotten clearer :)

On the BEEB today. Add more bad news to the mix. Confirmation of what many thought ( just go there - easy to see) , Himalayan glaciers are melting much faster than thought.

I think what concerns me most in the shorter term is the reports that the Arctic permafrost in Canada, Alaska and Russia is melting 70 times faster than predicted by the models, which means: 1. The models are inadequate, so what else have they missed (like deep ocean current mixing effects), and 2. What will be the short-term impact of the released methane pulse on weather (not climate—we know the answer to that).
IMO, most people (not the 1%ers) in the latter half of the 21st century are in for a very rough ride.
